Program Manager
The selected candidate will directly interact with our strategic customers in the United States and Latin America as well as our sister facility in Kenosha, WI, USA. The Program Manager will develop project plans and drive large scope strategic projects such as New Product Line launches, production line transfers, and transformational capital projects. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve our project management processes and ensure successful project launches.
The selected candidate should have a good understanding of stringent customer and quality system requirements (AS or TS), high mix / low volume manufacturing, budgeting and expense management, large project management experience, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and a strong drive to deliver quality results on time.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial Engineering degree.
• Experience in an industrial environment with progressive roles relevant to project/program management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Production processes, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Lean/CI and ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• PMP, Six Sigma or other management certifications a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
