Human Resources Sr. Advisor (Supv)


This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to design and implement solutions. Meet deadlines and respond promptly to employee and corporate requests. Administrate and process all migratory permits. Administrate the employee recognition programs. Follow up with Recruiting requirements. Elaborate and administer employees contracts. Administrate TRESS & IDSE system. Organization chart control. Maintain employees file in order.
Report HR metrics to Business Areas, Participate in meetings, Interact with Production and Finance departments, Follow up on employee’s needs, All the analogous.

Requirements:
Finished College Degree: Business, Engineering, etc. Min 5-8 years’ experience of working for the Human Resource Department (Maquiladora Environment only), Bilingual English/Spanish (at least 90% a must), Strong knowledge of Software: Microsoft Office, TRESS HR packages, PowerPoint presentations & Excel (a must), Strong Labor relations experience, Had work with outsourcing agencies experience, Union experience, Strong Analytical skills and the ability to design and implement solutions, High sense of responsibility and urgency, Personality: Dynamic, Initiative, Work under pressure, Teamwork and Flexibility.
