IT App Sr. Manager
Ensures the development of efficient, highly integrated applications and Web Development systems and tools to support the manufacturing business and customers globally. Recommends & Strategizes the use of appropriate technology for the organization with an overall business impact. Oversees documentation of specifications and enhancements to information systems. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
Manages design and implementation of various Applications systems and Web development for company. Strategizes with business or function to identify cost-effective solutions and priorities for implementation. Manage and develop the team to maintain cross-domain, highly-integrated Applications information systems and Web development. Identifies resources and systems requirements to achieve objectives. Coaches and develops leads,manages, aligns the talent to promote individual and team growth. Ensures compliance to existing processes and implements improvements to local processes.
