Maintenance Manager
Supervise a group of engineers assigned to maintain, modify, develop the product fabrication process. This positions focus is to characterize the internal process as well as define and apply process controls and improvements appropriately. Will work with functional support people to specify, design, gather and install the future processes and products. The creativity and initiative imply a new level of independent justice. Subordinates can include engineers, technicians, and office personnel to coordinate and maintain the operations equipment and maintenance plan accordingly. Preventive, and aside of controlling the use of spare parts to do activities with security in production installations.
Education: Professional career in industrial engineer, systems engineer and industrial engineering, mechanical engineer, Electro-Mechanic engineer, Mechatronic engineer, electronic engineer.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in similar position, similar knowledge in
APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, knowledge of applicable Laws and regulations within the company. ISO9001/IATF, SGC requirements, Environmental and security rules and regulations. English and Spanish a must.
