Human Resource Manager


Bachelorís degree required. Major in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Responsible for planning, developing and implementing policies
Procedures and programs for recruitment, selection, hiring, management salaries and wages, benefits and services to employees, Training and skills, personal and organizational development, health and safety, medical services, administrative services, labor relations and communication.

Requirements: 3 to 5 Years in the position, Labor Law basic knowledge, Human Resources management experience,
Administration of Collective Contract, Interior discipline Rules Knowledge, HR policies and procedures basic knowledge.
Training Annual plan, Safety and Plant Security, Communication and Motivation plan knowledge. HR labor laws knowledge. Must be able to develop overall excellent TEAM WORK mentality, must take initiative and create an OPEN DOOR policy, create and develop working ideas or events for employees, able to communicate to upper management about issues, suggest best personnel practices, etc. is a MUST.
