Education: Professional career, Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
Skills: Experience providing customers with low cost optimization, quality, quantity and compliance with dates. Coordinate the production Superintendents and supervisors. Regular meetings with the plant manager. Give immediate answers to critical points of the area. Meeting the goals of the department and annual budget. Liability for low and competitive cost, quality and delivery on time to meet customer. Responsible of equipment when starting new projects. Responsible of assurance processes for new projects. Assurance immediate reaction to customer. Decision making, results oriented, negotiating skills, constant availability of delivery requires quick reaction. Fully Bilingual in english/spanish.
